Service Description
We create 2 recipes, a timeless Galette filled with the fruits of the season and a special ingredient that is a game changer. This pastry crust is easy with 4 ingredients, universal, and can be used for any pie shell or savory tart and quiche. You take home what you created! We are going to tackle Pate A Choux, choux pastry shells to make eclairs! Lunch is served with white wine, French bread pudding and all the French compliments.
