We create 2 recipes, a timeless Galette filled with the fruits of the season and a special ingredient that is a game changer. This pastry crust is easy with 4 ingredients, universal, and can be used for any pie shell or savory tart and quiche. You take home what you created! Lunch is served with white wine, Quiche Lorraine and all the French compliments.
