Living in Paris was a dream come true and training at Le Cordon Bleu Paris was the cherry on top! To walk the halls of Julia Child and talented master chefs who came before me was just amazing. I’m in awe of their passion, dedication to very hard work, and lust for learning to be the best at their craft. I want to share my passion and experience of some of the French Classics.

This year, I am thrilled to be stepping out of the bakery and into the classroom! I’ll be teaching at several local venues, and I would love to see you there.

Breads, Pastries, & Pizza
All classes are personalized with 4 students. I share the recipes, provide all the ingredients, and you learn the techniques. We have a traditional French lunch and you carry with you the memory and your just made French confections.
Note: All Classes are 4 hours. Reservations required. Payment must be made in advance and is non-refundable. Please bring your appetite, favorite apron, and wear comfortable shoes that cover your toes.
Cupcakes
A hands-on cupcake decorating class designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced bakers looking to refine their technique. Using premium ingredients and rich buttercream, you'll learn the art of transforming cupcakes into edible floral masterpieces. Depending on the class theme, we may explore roses, hydrangeas, floral accents, beautiful leaves, succulents, hens and chicks, and other seasonal botanical designs.
You'll have the opportunity to practice each technique, ask questions, and build confidence in a fun and encouraging environment. The perfect petal begins with patience, continues with practice, and blossoms through creativity. Leave with beautifully decorated cupcakes, new decorating skills, and inspiration to continue creating blooming sweetness at home. Gluten-free options are available for select classes.
