Gluten-free cupcakes are cupcakes made without gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. We use a Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. GF flours are made with ingredients like almond flour, coconut flour, or gluten-free flour blends instead of regular wheat flour.
Gluten-free cupcakes are safe for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or those who choose a gluten-free lifestyle. To be legally labeled as gluten-free, a cake must contain 20 parts per million (ppm) or less of gluten.
With our gluten-free flour blend, we also use all organic ingredients where available. You choose your choice of cake flavor in vanilla bean: in white or yellow cake, decadent chocolate, red velvet, or lemon decorated with American Buttercream in vanilla bean and lemon. Also available in Seasonal Flavors for an additional cost.
A minimum order of 1 dozen gluten-free cupcakes is required.
