Service Description

We create the traditional French tarts with many free-standing molds in all shapes and sizes with pate de sucre (sweet pastry dough) and Pastry Cream. We adorn our cream tarts with fresh fruit and an apricot glaze. For chocolate lovers, we create a chocolate-filled tart topped with Chocolate Ganache. $100 per person, 4 person max.
