Do you dream of Pierre Herme Vanilla Macaroons, I do! I would walk the streets of Paris, to all locations to search for my favorite flavor…vanilla bean! It’s an explosion of sweetness and delishiness all in one bite. And it comes in a very large size!! We will create a recipe of these Gluten-Free confections in vanilla bean and chocolate with a variety of buttercream centers. All supplies are provided and a list of resources will be offered for your future at-home baking adventures. $100 per person, 4 person max.
